Expanding Customer Base by 86% at NTV
At NTV, I started a strategic initiative to expand our customer base, focusing specifically on Arabic-speaking audiences in Europe and the MENA region. This involved conducting comprehensive surveys with incentives for participants, allowing us to segment our existing customer base and gain a deep understanding of their preferences. The insights from this segmentation enabled us to tailor our marketing efforts, delivering content and messaging that resonated with the target audience. This approach was instrumental in achieving an 86% increase in our customer base, effectively broadening our market reach and strengthening our position in the industry.
Additionally, I led the development and launch of a new IPTV product specifically designed for Arabic-speaking viewers. This initiative was a separate but complementary effort to our customer base expansion, aiming to cater to the unique cultural and entertainment needs of Arabic audiences in Europe and the MENA region.
